VIRTUAL ARTIST TALK! A deeply creative friendship and collaboration between NY/NJ artist Seth Ruggles Hiler and curator Angus MacLean Rennie was the inspiration behind DISRUPTION: art of change. In this glimpse into Seth's color-filled soul and artistic vision, Seth tells us: “I really believe that in the way you use color and composition you can put forth a certain vibration.
